Description and Requirements General Description:

Responsible for creating commission data files. Audit the data in the company's commission processing system. Ensure the policy level detail is accurate related to carrier, coverage, and commission type.

Responsibilities:

Compare commission data to IT inquiries. Create bulk uploads to assist the Commissions Department and Operations teams. Assist with acquisitions. Gather data from statements and prepare the template for policy upload. Complete and deliver accurate reports as requested by the operations and sales teams. Resolve commission inquiries assigned via SharePoint or due to a commission or Agent change. Process commission statements adhering to all commission deadlines. Serve as point person for specific reporting needs. Create reports as requested. Complete approval NCF and commission trackers issues timely Provide training to new hires.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

5+ years of experience in accounting or finance. Experience in the insurance field a plus. Bachelor's degree required. Must have data entry skills. Attention to detail in reviewing information. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy, team environment.
