  • Part-time, Full-time, PRN Overview Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Medication Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Caregiver, where your dedication directly impacts the well-being and quality of life of our residents and clients.
In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance with daily activities, medication management, and health monitoring in various care settings including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, and home care environments. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for those you serve. Duties Assist residents or clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting to promote independence and dignity Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols while adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature; document findings in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner Support specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's/dementia care, memory care, hospice support, tube feeding, catheter care, and other medical procedures requiring physiology and anatomy knowledge Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy standards while managing medication administration and documentation Collaborate with nursing staff to report changes in patient condition or behavior promptly and effectively Provide compassionate home & community care tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities of any kind Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care environments is highly preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for accurate medical documentation and patient record management Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and basic nursing practices including vital signs monitoring and medication administration Hands-on experience with specialized care such as Alzheimer's/dementia/memory/hospice care or working with individuals with disabilities is a strong plus Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings like acute care or community-based environments while maintaining attention to detail Certification as a CNA or Medication Aide is required; additional certifications in caregiving or home & community care are advantageous Join us in making a meaningful difference every day!
