Toddler Teacher

• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team at Early Foundation Daycare and Learning Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, with a focus on fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Learning Beyond Papers curriculum
• Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom setting that promotes learning and social development
• Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured daily routine
• Provide individualized attention to each child to support their growth and development
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's learning journey
• Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior

• Experience:

• Previous experience working in a childcare setting is preferred
• Strong understanding of early education curriculum development and classroom management techniques
• Knowledge of physical education activities suitable for young children
