We believe in a resident-centered approach to tailor the care and needs of each resident by supporting their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. This position will provide shift supervision of Resident Caregivers but is limited to direct supervision. We are seeking team members who can: be reliable, dependable, and a supportive team member adjusts promptly and calmly to change effectively organizes, assembles and arranges resources to meet goals works well with others and displays a practical approach to solving problems displays trust, and mutual understanding with residents, families, and coworkers
