Medium Duty Service Technician

Medium Duty Service Technician Our client is seeking a Medium Duty Service Technician who takes pride in hands-on work and is eager to grow their skills in a supportive, team-oriented shop environment. This individual will contribute to maintaining and repairing medium-duty vehicles while delivering high-quality service and building a long-term career in the industry. This role is on-site in Tupelo, Mississippi. Medium Duty Service Technician Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on medium-duty vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and company standards. Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues accurately and efficiently. Complete work orders, documentation, and reporting with attention to detail and timeliness. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper use of tools and equipment. Collaborate with team members and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and strong customer satisfaction. Medium Duty Service Technician Qualifications 1+ years of mechanical or shop experience, with exposure to diesel and/or gas engines preferred. Basic understanding of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, and electrical components. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced service environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Must have personal basic tools required to perform assigned work.
