This role is part front desk, part lead nurture, part sales support, and part community builder. You'll be the first point of contact for potential members and current members, helping create an elite experience from the moment someone walks through the door or reaches out online. We're not looking for someone who just "checks people in." We're looking for someone who can communicate well, build relationships, follow up consistently, and help people feel seen, supported, and excited to be part of the community. Responsibilities Respond to prospects and inquiries quickly and professionally Follow up with prospective members via text, phone, and email Help schedule consultations and intro sessions Assist with front-end sales and membership onboarding Create an exceptional in-gym member experience Support retention and member engagement Maintain organization with prospects, appointments, and communication Help keep daily gym operations smooth and professional Work alongside ownership and coaching staff to improve systems and experience Ideal Candidate Strong communicator with confidence talking to people Organized and detail-oriented Positive energy and professional presence Comfortable with sales conversations and follow-up Self-starter who takes initiative Fitness background is a plus, but not required Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales or gym operations preferred Position Details In-person position only Part-time 3-4 evenings per week Hourly pay + commission To Apply Please email your resume and a short introduction about yourself to:
