Job Description

HFS Federal Credit Union is now accepting applications for Member Services Representative (MSR) at out Honokaa Branch. As an MSR you will process a variety of financial transactions as you service our membership in a friendly and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have at a minimum:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Cash handling experience
  • Prior experience in a financial institution or have worked in a service oriented business
  • Experience with using computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to be an independent problem solver
  • Strong communicaiton and people skills
