Mental Health & Recovery Board Executive Director

The Mental Health & Recovery Board (MH&R) of Portage County seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization in planning, funding, and monitoring mental health and addiction prevention, treatment, recovery, and support services for Portage County residents. This position works closely with staff, community partners, and government officials to advance behavioral health priorities. The ideal candidate is an experienced visionary leader with strong management, strategic planning, communication, and public administration skills. They must be able to manage sensitive issues, build partnerships, deliver presentations, use data to guide decisions, and adapt to ever to the ever-changing behavioral health landscape.
