Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor visits between children and their families in a safe environment. Provide respite care to families, ensuring a nurturing and supportive atmosphere. Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities for after school programs. Maintain accurate records of visits and interactions for compliance and reporting. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other professionals. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred. Background in social work, education, or child development is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping children and families. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Must pass Federal background check and drug screen as required by state regulations.
