Merchandise Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

Bronze Buffalo Club & Resort is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to support the daily operations of our retail outlets, including the Golf Pro Shop and Gift Shop. This position works closely with department leadership and the merchandise consultant to ensure all retail spaces are organized, fully stocked, visually appealing, and maintained to the elevated standards of the Club.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Key Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming merchandise shipments, tagging and labeling product, organizing and maintaining inventory areas, stocking and replenishing displays, assisting with merchandise presentation, and supporting the overall presentation, cleanliness, and organization of all retail spaces. This role also requires comfort working with retail and inventory management systems to accurately receive product, track inventory movement, monitor stock levels, and maintain organized records. This position requires the ability to move and organize merchandise shipments and remain active throughout the workday. Qualification & Requirements The ideal candidate is a hard-working and dependable team player who takes pride in organization, presentation, and attention to detail, while contributing to a polished and elevated member and guest experience. Prior retail, merchandising, or inventory experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork and professionalism. Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
