Beverage Distribution Pay:

$20.00 per hour We are looking for a dependable and motivated Sales Relief / Merchandiser to join our beverage distribution team serving Delaware, Henry, and Wayne Counties. This position combines merchandising and sales support. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, building relationships, and helping products stand out in retail accounts.

Responsibilities:

Merchandise beer and beverage products in retail accounts Stock shelves, build displays, rotate product, and maintain clean, organized product placement Support sales representatives by covering routes and assisting with account needs Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales within accounts Ensure promotional displays and pricing are properly executed Assist with samplings, tastings, promotions, and special events as needed Follow company procedures and maintain professional representation of our brands

Qualifications:

Previous merchandising, retail, sales, or beverage industry experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Organized with the ability to manage time effectively Comfortable using technology such as tablets, mobile apps, and Microsoft Office Ability to lift, move, and stock beverage products throughout the day Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required
