• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Metal Cabinet and Enclosure Assembly Person to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and installing metal cabinets and enclosures used in various industrial and commercial applications. Your expertise will ensure that each product meets quality standards and safety regulations, contributing to the delivery of durable, high-quality metal enclosures. Duties Assemble metal cabinets and enclosures using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions to ensure accurate assembly and installation. Must be able to read a tape measure, use hand tools efficiently Install fixtures, doors, siding, gaskets, and other accessories to complete enclosure assemblies. Perform lifting of materials and finished products safely while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet design specifications and industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use. Qualifications Proven experience in metal assembly, or related manufacturing roles with a focus on enclosures or cabinetry. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers), power tools (e.g., drills, grinders), and CNC machinery for precise fabrication. Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings relevant to metal enclosure assembly. Knowledge of construction, squaring doors and proper installation techniques Experience with any form of assembly is a plus. Ability to perform lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during assembly tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on the job site or in the manufacturing environment. Prior construction site experience or handyman experience will be considered an asset for this role.
