WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will work with homeowners in communities alongside a local team. Leads are pre-screened and pre-qualified through carrier partners, helping you focus your time on homes that are eligible for fiber service.

Your responsibilities include:

Connect with pre-qualified homeowners and learn about their current service Complete a quick speed check and explain the available fiber upgrade Guide customers through their options and help them make an informed switch when appropriate Participate in daily meetings, coaching, shadowing, and ongoing sales development No prior technology experience is required. Chipr provides product training, sales tools, reporting, real-time data, and additional virtual resources to help you build confidence in the role.

EARNINGS AND CAREER GROWTH

New full-time representatives typically earn $4,000

•6,000 per month during their first month.

Consistent representatives can earn $8,000

•12,000 per month , while top representatives are reported to earn $15,000

•25,000 per month . Compensation is performance-based with uncapped commission, and strong performers can progress into leadership and expanded market opportunities. The career path can include managing a team, opening new markets, taking on larger territories, and pursuing future partner-level opportunities. Top performers regularly exceed these ranges.
