Required CredentialsQualifications Employment Status:

Teach fundamental football skills, team play, and defensive/offensive strategies. Ensure proper athletic conditioning and physical preparation. Program ManagementAdministration Oversee assistant coaches, volunteers, and student assistants. Coordinate with the school Athletic Director regarding scheduling, transportation, and facilities. Issue, track, and maintain accurate inventory logs of all team equipment and uniforms. ComplianceStudent Welfare Enforce TMSAA eligibility bylaws and track academic compliance. Keep highly accurate player records, including emergency medical data and insurance forms. Maintain safety standards to minimize player risk and check field conditions. CommunicationCulture Foster sportsmanship, character, and team discipline. Maintain lines of communication with parents, faculty, administration, and community stakeholders.
