We are looking to add a solid MIG welder to our growing team! Our ideal candidate should be proficient in MIG welding (in and out of position ideally) and know how to set and adjust their machine to achieve the desired results when welding. We are primarily a job shop so each and every day you can expect to see new jobs/projects in varying thickness's and material types. While we do have "production" work, do not expect to weld the same parts over and over, day in and day out. The majority of the work you will be asked to do will be pre-fabricated and ready for welding however, knowing how to fabricate (cut, form, punch and assemble within +/- 1/16") is a plus and will give you more opportunities for fast growth within the company. We strongly believe in promoting from within and offer in house training to help you grow quickly and efficiently. Requirements:

Proficient in MIG welding (in and out of position and ability to set/adjust machine) Ability to read and interpret blueprints without assistance Ability to read, write and communicate in English Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16" Ability to occasionally push/pull/carry up to 70 pounds by ones self Welding classes and/or technical training is a plus but not required.
