Job Description We are seeking experienced Millwrights / Industrial Maintenance Technicians for ongoing industrial and mechanical maintenance work supporting facility operations and equipment maintenance. This role requires hands-on experience in mechanical systems, welding, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial equipment repair. Candidates must be highly skilled, safety-focused, and capable of working independently in fast-paced field environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, experience working long hours when needed, and the flexibility to support a rotating hitch schedule. Responsibilities Mechanical & Maintenance Work Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial mechanical systems and rotating equipment. Diagnose and repair pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and other industrial equipment. Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Support equipment alignment, teardown, rebuilds, and installations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Welding & Fabrication Perform high-quality welding and fabrication work in field and shop environments. Complete structural and equipment repairs using various welding processes. Maintain strong weld quality standards and ensure all work meets operational and safety requirements. Provide examples/photos of previous weld work and bead quality as part of the hiring process. Electrical Support Troubleshoot and support basic industrial electrical systems and equipment. Assist with motors, controls, wiring, and electrical maintenance tasks as needed. Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and operational troubleshooting. Safety & Operations Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental requirements. Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses. Maintain organized work areas and properly care for tools and equipment. Work extended hours and overtime as required to support operational needs. Skills Industrial mechanical maintenance Millwright experience Welding and fabrication Electrical troubleshooting Rotating equipment repair Preventative and corrective maintenance Blueprint and schematic reading Equipment alignment and installation Industrial troubleshooting Strong mechanical aptitude Safety compliance and hazard awareness Communication and teamwork Qualifications Proven experience as a Millwright, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or similar industrial mechanical role. Strong welding experience required; candidates must provide photos/examples of weld beads. Experience with industrial electrical troubleshooting preferred. Ability to work an 8 days on / 6 days off schedule. Ability to work up to 60 hours per week as required. Must live within approximately 1.5-2 hours of Caldwell. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
