Job Description

Regional Sales Manager - Mid-Atlantic Mitchell 1 The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for owning and delivering regional revenue performance across a network of 22 independent sales contractors throughout the Mid-Atlantic U.S. Success in this role requires a coaching-based leadership approach, using structured performance coaching to drive accountability and consistent results. This role carries full ownership of recruiting, development, and regional performance. Success is defined by building and leading a fully staffed, high-performing region that consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Own regional revenue performance and achievement of sales targets Recruit, onboard, and develop independent sales contractors to maintain full territory coverage Lead and influence sales contractors to drive consistent activity, pipeline development, and closing performance Hold contractors accountable to clear expectations and monthly performance standards Actively manage underperformance and take decisive action to improve or replace as needed Coach and influence Independent Sales Contractors to develop and execute effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes Maintain strong, consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive alignment and results
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading sales teams in a quota-driven environment Proven track record of delivering results through others Experience managing independent or distributed sales teams preferred Demonstrated ability to use coaching as a primary leadership tool to drive performance, including diagnosing gaps in activity, pipeline, and closing discipline, reinforcing core sales fundamentals, and holding individuals accountable to consistent execution and results Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Details:
This is a field-based role, and the selected candidate must reside within the assigned Mid-Atlantic territory The role includes regular in-person visits with Independent Sales Contractors and customers, along with virtual coaching and collaboration; travel throughout the region is required based on business needs The work environment is fast-paced, with shifting priorities; flexibility and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities are essential

Salary +
Bonus Pay:
$93,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
