$62,000 - $72,500 About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our production staff in restoration and cleaning services. This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality standards, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Operations Oversight:

Direct daily production activities and procurement for operational efficiency.

Project Management:

Monitor all active projects, assess resource needs, and ensure Project Managers meet service level agreements.

Crew Scheduling:

Optimize crew assignments to meet project deadlines.

Staff Leadership:

Supervise and develop production staff, including Project Managers and technicians.

Equipment & Vehicle Management:

Oversee maintenance and security of company vehicles and equipment.

Inventory Control:

Ensure supplies, tools, and equipment are available and maintained.

Quality Assurance:

Set and monitor quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Resource Tracking:

Document personnel and resource usage and communicate billable events.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards per regulations.

Client Relations:

Collaborate with adjusters, vendors, and carriers to meet client expectations.

Facility Management:

Manage security, maintenance, and operations of the warehouse and building. Skills and Qualifications Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Professional appearance and communication skills. Technical knowledge of restoration processes and equipment. Verifiable industry experience in property restoration preferred. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards. Excellent organizational skills and physical capability for restoration work. Construction/remodel experience Career Path Production Managers may advance to roles such as Operations Director or General Manager.
