What You'll Do as a

Team Lead:

Lead employees in daily aggregate and coal material handling operationsEnforce company and customer safety policies and conduct safety briefingsMonitor CDL drivers and ensure DOT compliance requirements are followedCoordinate truck deliveries, dispatch changes, and communicate operational updatesOperate and oversee heavy equipment including bulldozers, graders, skid steers, and loadersAssist with train unloading, stockpile management, and site maintenance activitiesReport safety incidents and maintain site security during off-hours and low staffing periods What You Need to Bring to the

Team Lead Role:
