Job Description :

Cardinal Exteriors is looking for an Exclusion Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will step in after our sister pest control company removes wildlife, taking charge of repairing and restoring damaged residential spaces. You'll work across a variety of exterior areas including attics, soffits, fascia, rooflines, siding, foundation, and more, ensuring homes are sealed against future entry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with and complete exclusion projects, primarily working on roofs and ladders Assist with or complete installations of siding, windows, doors, drywall, and other items Ensure proper and safe use of hand tools and power tools Communicate effectively and professionally with homeowners and team members Navigate our CRM to access schedules, hours, and work orders

About Cardinal Exteriors:

Based in Medina, MN, we've been protecting Twin Cities homes since 1984. We're a small team specializing in wildlife damage repair and exclusion, storm restoration, and proactive home maintenance.

Qualifications:

Authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma Valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, medical exam, motor vehicle record search, and background check 1-3 years of prior construction experience
