Posting Details Position Information Position Title Part-Time Testing Proctor Work Location West Plains Campus Out-of-State Employment Out-of-state employment is limited to Arkansas, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., and subject to supervisor approval. Department West Plains Testing Center Pay Grade Unclassified Proposed Salary $16.00 hourly to start, depends on education and training Sponsorship Information Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. General Function Proctors, schedules, and maintains security for a variety of tests. Approximately 15-20 hours per week. Monday-Friday. Description of Primary Duties Ensure smooth administration of all tests Resolve testing issues that arise Communicate effectively with students, faculty, administrators, supervisor, and the community Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Able to assimilate a lot of information quickly Able to follow very specific directions Organized Detail oriented Good customer service, friendly Additional Qualifications Previous experience in administrative assistant work a plus Familiarity with MS Office Suite/365 a plus Special Instructions to Applicants Equal Opportunity Statement Non-Discrimination Statement Missouri State University is a community of people with respect for diversity.
