Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks using professional equipment such as espresso machines and blenders Operate Square POS System Manage time efficiently to serve customers promptly during busy periods while maintaining quality standards Drive the Travelin' Tom's truck to and from events in a safe and timley manner Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about menu items, and promote sales of featured products Handle cash transactions accurately, perform retail math calculations, and manage cashiering responsibilities Qualifications Prior experience as a barista or in food service within cafés or retail environments is preferred Demonstrated knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and food safety practices Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a mobile setting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Must be 18 years or older and posses a valid drivers license Join us as a Mobile Barista and become part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences on the move!
