What You'll Do:

As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you'll be a vital part of our 24/7 crisis response team, providing:

Crisis Intervention:

De-escalate situations, offer short-term stabilization, and connect clients to the right resources.

Field Assessments:

Conduct mental health evaluations, including 5150 holds, and facilitate appropriate care admissions.

Community Linkage:

Help clients access social and human services to support long-term well-being.

Collaboration:

$40.00/hr

$41.00/hr

NOC Rate:

$42.00/hr

Meetings/Trainings Rate:

$40/hr

What You'll Bring:

We welcome candidates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds who meet one of the following criteria:

Valid Driver's License:

Must have or attain a CA driver's license or, for residents of Nevada, a valid NV driver's license.

Master's Degree:

Social work, counseling, or related field + 2 years of counseling experience.

Bachelor's Degree:

Social work, counseling, or related field + 4 years of counseling experience.

Associate's Degree:

Social work, counseling, or related field + 6 years of counseling experience.
