• Per Visit Pay Join our growing mobile healthcare team providing wound care services directly in patients' homes across North Port, Port Charlotte, and surrounding areas.

This is a mobile, per-visit position ideal for experienced LPNs who prefer flexibility, independence, and hands-on patient care.

Important:

This is NOT a facility-based or hourly position. Compensation is per visit (the hourly range shown is for Indeed purposes only).

• Responsibilities:

• Perform wound care treatments including dressing changes and basic wound management
• Follow established care plans provided by supervising APRN/physician
• Monitor wound healing progress and report any concerns
• Maintain proper infection control and sterile technique
• Document visits accurately and on time
• Travel to patient homes within assigned area

• Requirements:

• Active Florida LPN license (required)
• MUST have hands-on wound care experience (home health, clinic, or similar)
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

• Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay per visit: typically $35
• 45 depending on case complexity
• Flexible schedule
