Job Summary Our Truck Service team is comprised of nearly 3,000 highly skilled technicians and spans coast to coast. With over 280 locations across the country, TA Truck Service has a solid foundation and a forward-thinking vision. As a Mentor Technician, you will train new technicians in providing accurate, efficient service to customers through troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy duty trucks and trailers. Our Technicians ensure we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came! In this role, you can expect to: Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where the expectations of the customer are exceeded Have extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide

• Diagnose wear conditions and together with TSA or Manager, makes recommendations to customers
• Complete repairs within their capabilities and as written
• Facilitate and train new hire technicians using a prescribed curriculum
• Partner with the management team to identify training opportunities for new hires
• Take an active role in encouraging training completion and compliance
• Understand and promote Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs Follow safety guidelines and reports potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and/or customers.

Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally.
