Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in heavy duty and diesel repair. This role involves diagnosing and repairing various equipment and vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. The Mobile Service Technician will be responsible for performing heavy lifting and working with specialized tools and equipment. Duties Diagnose issues with vehicle and various equipment systems, including suspension, transmission, engine, heating and air conditioning systems on equipment, etc. Perform repairs on various types of vehicles and equipment, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of all systems. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions. Operate mobile repair truck safely while driving between shop and mobile service area. Maintain a clean and organized mobile repair truck while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members as well as customers to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience as a Mobile Service Technician with 2 years mobile experience or 5 years in shop diesel/heavy duty repair experience. Strong understanding of mechanical systems used in current vehicle manufacturing. Familiarity with DOT repair guidelines is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A valid driver's license is required.
