Mold Remediation Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform mold remediation tasks as directed
• Assist in the clean-up and restoration of properties affected by water and mold damage
• Use power tools and equipment to remove debris, build temporary structures,
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred
• Knowledge of general construction, mold remediation, and water damage restoration techniques
• Familiarity with mold abatement procedures is a plus
• Ability to operate power tools and other equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratel, while working on a three to four man team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
