Mauston Tool is expanding it's capabilities and ability to serve a larger market in the plastic injection mold building industry. We are searching for dynamic individuals who desire to join a dedicated and progressive team as a Mold Polisher With the proper skill and work ethic this is a very well paid position with overtime available.

Salary Range:

$ 20.00 - $ 40.00 based upon experience and qualifications. Benefits available. This is a Full-Time First shift Mold Polisher position and is for a person who likes challenging work and is able to problem solve in a fast paced tool and die shop.

Responsibilities:

Polishes to any finish required by the use of electronic polishers/and or by hand. Use abrasives, air powered tools, stones and other equipment to safely and efficiently polish metal materials to meet required results. Forms and sharpens stones on grinding machines. Keeps stones sorted as to grit and composition. Cleans all components after polishing. Uses appropriate polishing lubricants. Other duties and machine shop tasks as assigned. Qualifications -

Prior Experience Desired. Willing to train the right team member. Qualifications -

Skills and Competencies:

Attention to Detail and Quality. Understanding of different types of surface finishes Knowledge of various stone composition & grits Ability to Read, Write & Follow Instructions. Extensive degree of visual attention and hand control required. Visual aid is regularly using eye magnification or microscopes.' '
