Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to inspire young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. As a Montessori Teacher, you will create a nurturing, engaging classroom that promotes independence, curiosity, and a love for learning. Your role will involve implementing Montessori curriculum principles, fostering social-emotional development, and supporting each child's unique growth journey. Responsibilities Develop and implement Montessori-based lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and individual student needs. Create a prepared environment that encourages exploration, independence, and hands-on learning experiences. Observe and assess children's developmental progress, tailoring activities to support their growth in areas such as literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies. Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on student progress and classroom activities. Support early intervention efforts for children requiring additional assistance or special education services. Maintain accurate records of student development, attendance, and assessments in compliance with educational standards. Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of Montessori teaching methods and philosophy is highly preferred. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Background in working with children who have special needs or require early intervention services is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring practices related to early childhood education. Previous experience in daycare or preschool environments, including private school settings, will be considered a plus. Join us to nurture the next generation of curious minds!
