• Full-time Discovery School is seeking a certified Montessori Primary Lead Teacher (ages 3-6) to join our community this fall.

This is more than a teaching position—it's an opportunity to guide children academically, physically and spiritually in a Christ-centered Montessori environment.

P Position Details:

Full-time position (beginning Fall 2026)

Salary :

up to $40,000/year Includes 5 weeks of summer camp (5hrs per day)

Location :

Heath, TX (inside First Baptist Church of Heath)

Requirements:

Montessori Primary Certification (ages 3-6) Minimum 2 years experience as a Lead Teacher A heart for both authentic Montessori practice and Christian discipleship
