Job Description
Job description Are you ready to make a change from retail banking to a mortgage brokerage, with more products, better rates, and a system built to replicate the consistency of retail banking at the same competitive comp? We are only looking for Loan Originators who LOVE what they do and want to be the best. Our company is looking to invite 1 or 2 Loan Officers to join our group; who have been in the industry for at least one year and just feel like they are missing that special something that will spark what you know you are capable of achieving. Do you feel like what you are doing now is just not cutting it? Do you feel like you just aren't getting the right guidance on where you should be spending your time and effort on to truly succeed? Feeling like you are on your own with no real help? Managers always seem unavailable or not interested? Trapped with limited product offering and feeling like you aren't competitive on rates? I was there too and clawed myself out of it but you don't have to do it alone the hard way like I did. If you are ready and willing to make any change needed to things that are new, exciting, and actually work, we want to talk to you, because our system has been proven to help Loan Officers double their production when they apply themselves to it! The reason we are only looking at 1 or 2 new candidates is because we want to be hyperfocused on getting you setup and successful with no other distractions. If you are interested and ready
