schedule. Responsibilities Include Respond and engage with online and in-store sales inquiries using our CRM tool, online chat, email, text, phone and social media. Film brief vehicle overview videos and send to Guest for their motorcycle(s) of interest. Schedule Guest's showroom visit, test drive, and prepare their motorcycle(s) of interest prior to arrival. Continue Guest engagement until the purchase transaction is closed. Learn how to prospect for new business using dealership database and networking activities to identify potential sales opportunities and develop personal "book" of repeat business. Update and manage Guest profiles in dealership database. Achieve sales targets by creating and executing sales initiatives. Qualifications & Skill Requirements Prior motorcycle, motorsports, automotive or retail sales experience is required. Exceptional Guest service skills and desire to achieve 100% guest satisfaction. Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required. Present a professional and well-groomed appearance. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Some college preferred. Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License with motorcycle endorsement, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States. What do we need from you? Must have valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement 3+ years dealership sales exp (motorsports, auto or marine) PASSION for the riding lifestyle and the willingness to learn about Harley-Davidson and other brands if you don't know already Weekend availability Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base Occasionally requires the ability to balance and push a 1,000-pound motorcycle. Spend most of the day on your feet, sitting or on a bike. We want to provide every Guest with a premium Harley-Davidson experience. 100% of the time to 100% of our guests.

Pay:

$41,600 per year plus commission (based on 40 hours per week at $20/hr)
