As a Motorcycle Sales Specialist, you will be the energizing force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving high-end motorcycle sales. This dynamic role combines your love for motorcycles with your talent for building relationships, negotiating deals, and managing sales pipelines. You'll play a key part in showcasing premium bikes, providing expert guidance, and supporting customers from initial inquiry to final purchase. Responsibilities Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to promote high-end motorcycles and accessories Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match customers with the perfect motorcycle models based on their preferences and riding style Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and financing options to close deals that satisfy both customer expectations and dealership goals Manage and nurture an active sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress Upsell additional products such as accessories, extended warranties, and maintenance packages to maximize revenue opportunities Maintain detailed inventory management records to ensure accurate stock levels and timely reordering of popular models Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and ensuring a smooth purchasing process Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales with a focus on high-end or specialty vehicles Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data efficiently Demonstrated success in upselling products and services within a dealership or retail environment Excellent communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and active listening Organizational skills necessary for inventory control, retail math calculations, and managing multiple client interactions simultaneously Must have motorcycle endorsement Join us as a Motorcycle Sales Specialist where your enthusiasm for motorcycles meets your talent for sales!
