Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Motorsports Front Counter Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm for motorsports and automotive expertise will drive exceptional customer experiences. In this energetic role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking high-performance parts, accessories, and vehicle services. Your passion for motorsports combined with your sales skills will help customers find the perfect solutions to elevate their driving adventures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical knowledge with outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment dedicated to motorsports enthusiasts. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Provide expert advice on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair options tailored to motorsports applications Assist customers in selecting parts, accessories, and tools, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory control Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently using POS systems while handling cash and credit payments securely Maintain organized stock levels, perform inventory management, and ensure proper stocking of products on the sales floor Utilize automotive repair and service knowledge to educate customers about product features and maintenance tips Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers, new products, and upcoming events to boost sales and customer engagement Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently Proven experience in retail sales, dealership environments, or automotive service settings with a focus on motorsports products Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and service procedures Excellent organizational skills for inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and POS software for efficient operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Negotiation skills to assist customers in finding the best solutions while maximizing sales opportunities Familiarity with retail math, marketing strategies, phone etiquette, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Join us in fueling passion for motorsports by delivering top-tier customer service combined with technical expertise. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
