Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of vacated residential or commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas. Execute detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments to restore shine and cleanliness. Sanitize all surfaces, fixtures, and appliances to meet health standards and client expectations. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or curtains as needed. Use janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently to ensure thorough sanitation while maintaining safety protocols. Remove trash and debris from the property, ensuring the space is left tidy and ready for new occupants. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients regarding specific cleaning needs or concerns. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, mopping, and polishing. Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Nice-to-have skills include experience with laundry services, housekeeper management, cooking skills for multi-purpose cleaning tasks, and previous hotel or hospitality industry experience.
