How You'll Contribute Ensure crew safety through strictly established safety procedures and protocols. Lead your crew's daily activities with precision and dedication. Serve as the on-site leader for all crew members in the absence of supervisors. Provide detailed reporting of equipment status to leadership, ensuring clear communication. Successfully implement and complete work orders with accurate documentation in Maximo. Positions located in Dam & Hydro power plants: Six or more years of experience in dam & hydro power plant operations or dam & hydro power plant maintenance, or other relevant experience, including two or more years in the craft discipline in the assigned area of specialty.
