Nanny/Family Assistant

NANNY / FAMILY ASSISTANT NEEDED

- Littleton, CO A quiet, creative, and highly organized family in Littleton is looking for a proactive, experienced Nanny/Family Assistant to join their collaborative home! This is a dream role for a professional who loves the newborn stage but also enjoys the variety of supporting a well-run household.

Newborn (First-time parents!)

As soon as the right fit is found

Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours guaranteed). Occasional flexibility for evenings/weekends is appreciated.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$25-$32+/hour (DOE; the family is open to higher rates for candidates with extensive experience).

Benefits:

Travel:

Includes domestic travel throughout the year!

You'll work alongside a property manager, housekeepers, and a personal assistant. A "team-player" mentality is a must!

Must be comfortable with the family cat .

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are intuitive and self-confident, bringing strong experience in newborn care (routines, milestones, and breastfeeding support). You are a proactive "multitasker" who naturally steps in to help with family assisting tasks without being asked. You bring a grounded, peaceful energy to the home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Childcare:

Nurturing care, meal prep for the baby, and managing developmental schedules.

Family Assisting:

Running errands, grocery shopping, light meal planning, organizing the home, and coordinating vendors.

Travel:

Joining the family on domestic trips (work and vacation).

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of professional childcare experience. Prior experience in Family Assisting and traveling with clients. Deep knowledge of infant developmental milestones. Valid Driver's License & Passport. Able to swim and care for children in water.
