Lucrum Consulting, Inc., founded in 2009, works with business owners and accounting teams of mid-sized, locally owned companies, to create, measure and manage their financial resources - leveraging them to their greatest impact and is looking to hire a great fit for a Client Accounting Specialist. This individual will be responsible for managing client engagement and bookkeeping activities, as well as contributing to process improvements and identifying new opportunities with our clients.

This individual will work autonomously so exceptional self-management and self-starting skills are important.

Requirements:

3-5 years previous accounting/bookkeeping experience in the contracting/construction industry Complete working knowledge in job costing Be willing to travel to multiple client sites within Charlotte and surrounding counties Must be highly proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.
