Pineville, NC In This Role, You'll:

Count and calculate quantity of product to verify accuracy of shipment. Safely operate all material handling equipment. Accurately completes all associated paperwork. Maintains clean work area consistent with company standards. What You'll Bring Productivity standard of 95% must be met within the first 120 days of employment, as measured by the engineered work standards system. Job knowledge

• Basic understanding of the requirements of each type of assignment, correct operation of equipment and functions/processes related to job, and good overall understanding of GSF. Attitude
• Willingness to work for and with others, ability to accept constructive feedback or accept assignments willingly and demonstrates a desire to do a good job. Demonstrates our company creed and values. Initiative

Schedule & Setting:

Must be available for holidays and overtime Temperature-controlled warehouse setting

Pay & Benefits:

Salary Range $21.39 hourly Weekly pay (every Friday) Health, dental, and vision benefits available after 30 days 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more Company-provided uniforms and work shoes
