We are looking for a skilled Senior Integration Technician to help bring our automation systems to life. In this role, you will be the go-to person for implementing and troubleshooting automation systems across a variety of active projects. You'll split your time between hands-on technical work, team leadership, and collaborating directly with our customers and internal teams.ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONSSystem Implementation:
Bring industrial automation systems online using our in-house integration designs alongside vendor-supplied hardware and software.Hands-On Troubleshooting:
Actively diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex industrial system designs.Blueprint Reading:
Translate complex mechanical drawings, assemblies, and electrical schematics into fully functional physical builds.Engineering Feedback:
Act as the bridge between the field and the office by providing real-world feedback on system designs to our sales and engineering teams.Team Leadership:
Work as a core, collaborative team member while also stepping up to lead a team of technicians when the project requires it.Customer Collaboration:
Work directly with our customers to understand their goals and ensure the project meets their needs.Tool Operation:
Utilize hand tools expertly for both mechanical assembly and electrical troubleshooting.EDUCATION
&EXPERIENCEEducation & Experience:
A two-year technical degree (or equivalent hands-on experience) with a solid background in electrical and mechanical systems is preferred.Specialized Knowledge:
Training and/or experience with PLCs and Robotics is highly preferred.Technical Savvy:
Strong math and problem-solving skills, paired with a solid grasp of web-based tools like Google Suite.Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated ability to read schematics and drawings, and successfully tailor technical solutions to fit specific project parameters.REQUIRED BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESA

Your Workspace:
Your work environment will vary between a typical office setting and hands-on manufacturing plant floors.Travel:
Occasional travel is required, which may include overnight stays or heading out with less than 24 hours' notice depending on project needs.On Your Feet:
Expect to sit, stand, and walk on level plant surfaces for varying periods throughout your day.The Heavy Lifting:
You should be comfortable lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs, as well as climbing ladders and stairs to reach and diagnose equipment.Hours:
Plant site work might occasionally require more than a standard 40-hour week to fully support our project efforts.Safety First:
