I. Job Summary Must have the ability to work on an oil and gas site and in an office setting with limited to no supervision. Responsible for successfully supporting operations based around upstream, midstream, downstream projects. Responsible for the overall successful operations in a particular division as well as supporting other divisions within the company. This is to include meeting the requirements executive management has set forth for organizational structure, workload, HSE, revenues, customer service, and internal managerial tasks. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• With limited or no supervision, establish and manage Standard Operating Procedures, manage organizational structure and headcount, and gain consistent work with multiple clients in the field for this line of business.
• Manages employees time sheets, field tickets, and daily paperwork requirements of the company.
• Manages quality control of all operations under their supervision.
• Performs oil field related services and task in accordance with Baker Energy Services Safety requirements and ensures crew/s responsible for are in compliance as well. This includes wearing and using all Personal Protective Equipment required by Baker Energy Services, OSHA, customers, and any other local, state, or federal regulations.
• Practice awareness concerning issues of health, safety and the environment; cooperates with emergency teams to anticipate and deal with any hazardous and/or unusual situations (gas environment, high-pressure wells, oil spills and line leaks, inclement weather, acts of vandalism, etc.).
• With support from accounting departments, responsible for maintaining a profitable line of business.
• Attend and participate in weekly and monthly safety meetings and safety audits.
• Conducts other duties and tasks as assigned to include: o Safety representation for other lines of business in Baker Energy Services. o Represent Baker Energy Services with multiple customers and affiliates in all lines of businesses.
• Perform light duty tasks in situations when unable to complete regular assigned tasks.

This may include office, shop, or training duties when placed on restricted work duties from designated medical providers. III. Supervisory Responsibilities This position is responsible for hiring, training, and coordinating a staff to complete all tasks required to maintain successful operations in their assigned division. IV. Qualifications A.

Education and Experience Required:

• At least 3 years' experience in a manager's position servicing the oil and gas industry, specifically for trucking.
• Direct experience with winch trucks, hydrovacs, aggregate hauling, general oilfield trucking.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School/GED.

Preferred:

• College education focusing on trade specific and/or project management course study.
• Experience in DOT regulations and standard practices.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements Required:

• Class A CDL
• Currently hold or have the immediate ability to obtain industry standard safety certifications including OSHA10, Safeland PEC, First Aid/CPR, H2S awareness, confined space, among others including customer specific orientations.

Preferred:

• Class A CDL with driving experience. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
• Comprehensive knowledge of tools, equipment, and parts used in oilfield construction operations. V.
