The Poultry Yard Cage Strapper handles tasks related securing poultry cages for transportation. Responsibilities Unboom trailer straps from cages Ensure cages are properly boomed to the trailers. Ensure cages are properly seated on the trailer guide rails Ensure straps are safe working condition Hang strap hooks on cages properly Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to operate winches Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to reach above shoulders to hang strap hooks properly Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent Competitive Compensation We believe in rewarding excellence.
