This is a hands on roll where you'll be directly involved in Content creation, marketing strategy and day to day business operations. If you're someone who enjoys variety, creativity, and being part of a growing brand, this is a great opportunity. Pays $20 an hour plus 5% commission. 3 separate 6 hour long days per week would be perfect but hours and schedule open to negotiation. What you'll do: Record and assist with a weekly podcast edit short and long form video content Manage and post on social media Respond to messages and engage with followers assist with email communication and basic marketing Help plan and coordinate events support marketing efforts including ads and promotions Assist with Administrative tasks like managing and allocating scholarship funds.

What I'm Looking For:

Organized, dependable, and proactive Comfortable with social media and content creation Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Filmora, or similar) Strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Local to Sunrise / Broward County (must be able to work in person) Bonus (Not Required) Experience with podcasts or content creation Familiar with Meta ads or social media marketing Creative eye for branding and storytelling Why This Role Is Different Work side by side with a patient entrepreneur who also happens to be a hall of famer professional athlete. Can work by the pool most days if you prefer or many other relaxing workspaces at a home office in Sunrise. Flexible environment with room to grow and add more hours if you need.
