• Full-time As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office.

You will support the doctor and other medical assistants along with patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Interview patients and document basic medical history Obtain Vitals Prepare medical charts EKG placement and performance Exercise Stress test set up and assist physician Update and file medical records Check with patients and conduct patient education Refill requests Assist during medical examinations Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments and make sure they are fully stocked and steralized Skills Proven working experience as a medical assistant Knowledge of medical office systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and planning skills Degree in medical assistance (Preferred) Looking for someone who is motivated, friendly, and a team player.
