$50/hr-$60/hr Required Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of three years' experience in a legal/trading documentation role (including within Credit, Risk, or Treasury functions) or as an attorney/paralegal in a law firm. Must have at least 8-10 years' experience negotiating new ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) Master Agreements Solid knowledge of Uncleared Margin Rules) and hands-on experience with Initial Margin documentation.
