Hours:

8a-4:30pm, every 4th weekend rotation

Wage Range:

Salary, 23.33-29.45, we honor years of relevant work experience Neighborhood Coordinator Job description: Oversees all daily operations of the neighborhood, including staffing / scheduling, resident and family relationships, life enrichment, and cleanliness. Interviews, selects, and trains employees. Maintains a safe, comfortable, and functional environment by assessing the household for potential hazards. Meets the needs of residents to ensure quality of life. Participates in care conferences with the residents and their families. Organizes and attends neighborhood outings. Creates a positive relationship with all residents and their families within the neighborhood, addressing concerns as they arise. Ensures compliance with documentation, policies and regulations. Completes audits for the neighborhood. Attends meetings, including those intended for leadership, coordinators, and morning stand up. Accountable for a small budget, used for life in the neighborhood.

Requirements:

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. 2+ years of healthcare related experience preferred. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities. Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
