Position Summary The Neonatal Data Manager at Children's Minnesota. will play a critical role in the Department of Neonatology by leading initiatives focused on data collection, submission and quality improvement. The Neonatal Data Manager will oversee the collection and submission of timely, accurate data to the CHND (Children's Hospitals Neonatal Database), Vermont Oxford Network (VON), any databases that are part of quality improvement and internal databases. The manager will manage the team of Clinical Data Coordinators and be responsible for all data reporting. The manager will partner with the Neonatal Director of Quality in providing data reports that facilitate in the neonatal teams understanding of neonatal data.
  • Registered Nurse with Bachelor's Degree
  • Active nursing license in State of Minnesota
  • Minimum 5 years in clinical health care role required, experience in a Level
III/IV NICU
required
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of patient privacy and healthcare industry issues, e.
g. HIPAA, and knowledge of neonatal patient care practices

Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee's scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs. In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
