Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive NetSuite Inventory Specialist to temporarily join our team as an independent contractor. In this role you will be responsible for inventory organization, and optimizing the inventory function within our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with our broader infrastructure. Your hands on expertise will drive efficiency in inventory management processes, provide practical solution initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our system design. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of system administration, operations, and supply chain technology, empowering our organization to operate at peak performance. This is a contract position and temporary in nature. Responsibilities Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of physical inventory organization in our warehouse. Optimize NetSuite inventory modules to align with business needs and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our current NetSuite organization ensuring data consistency and integrity. Develop and implement processes to streamline inventory workflows and reporting processes. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to inventory data accuracy. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configuration and operational procedures for audit readiness and knowledge sharing. Requirements Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP systems focusing on inventory management modules. Strong understanding of complex manufacturing processes. Hands-on experience with database management. Proficiency in physical inventory organization. Pay:
