Learn about Sheppard Pratt What to expect. We are searching for a caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient psychiatric program for child and adolescents. In this role, you'll work with a team of specialists to deliver compassionate, age-appropriate care to young patients facing mental health challenges.

Specific responsibilities include:

Providing empathetic, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality . Collaborating with the treatment team to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care . Leading and documenting therapeutic groups and interventions . Safely administering medications and managing crises using de-escalation techniques . What we need from you. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Must hold current registered nurse (RN) licensure to practice in Massachusetts. Experience in an inpatient psychiatric nursing setting is preferred, but not necessary.
