Network / System Engineer#26-05376 Charlotte, NC Plano, TX On-site Contract Starts 6/29/2026 Ends 6/28/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Continuity Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for supporting the Business Continuity Program's Application Resiliency Testing Requirements across Global Technology. The position involves working closely with technical recovery testing teams to drive annual improvements in recoverability and resiliency through detailed analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Drive the annual effort to improve recoverability and resiliency through thematic analysis and qualitative and quantitative reporting Track application's ability to perform SAP testing while ensuring recovery strategies are documented according to standard Trackpliance and remediation strategies for any applications that are out ofpliance Communicate, influence, and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to leverage necessary resources toplete deliverables on time Manage monthly processes including preparing senior executive risk presentations Handle weekly processes of notification and escalation of uing and past due work Support technology teams in supporting firm-wide risk programs Understand and assist in the Disaster Recovery process and procedures Coordinate with Technology Management in monitoring the execution, collection, andpletion of testing activities Partner with Technology Management in the execution of quality assurance programs

Requirements:

Sound knowledge in business continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and testing environment Strong in Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Tableau dashboards and metrics Ability to learn quickly, including learning new systems, and produce results Ability to lead projects topletion with minimal management oversight Experience in coordinating with different stakeholders to drive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery drills Experience with Functional/Manual Testing Understand and assist in the Disaster Recovery testing process and procedures Understand key systems including internal continuity and disaster recovery tools Desired skills: High integrity, energy and has strong interpersonal skills Self-directed, detail-oriented, organized, and exercises good judgment Ability tomunicate in a clear, concise manner Ability to multi-task and work effectively across multiple organizational units A self-starter with ambition and drive and exhibits ability to proactively follow up and get results Strong oral and written language skills Relationship management skills Process Re-engineering skills Ability to work with individuals at all levels within the organization Pay range: $48.89 - $56.89 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
